Alex and his team completed a substantial repair to the gable wall of my home, sympathetically restoring it to its best, cleverly reusing the limited material available, all whilst navigating a tricky access issue. The problem turned out to be a lot more extensive than originally anticipated, but I was kept informed every step of the way. A.G. The small team of three were hardworking, experienced and very competent. There were some extra works needed and the additional costs were very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble. All three were very friendly and a pleasure to have at our home. Alex’ attitude was professional, truthful and reliable. I required a new Boundary Wall which was on an incline. He sent me a timely, detailed survey and quote which was individually priced. My questions were answered expertly, and I was kept informed throughout the process of constructing the wall. He was honest and his workmanship, which included some minor Bungaroosh repair to part of the wall, was impeccable! My house was used as access and was left in a clean condition. His quote was realistic compared with two others, but this did not impact my decision to employ him! Highly recommended!

We’d been struggling to find someone to take on our repointing and brick replacement on a large section of our house. From the start Alex was very easy to get on with and very clear about how the work should be done and what the project timeline would be. What I particularly appreciated was that if he noticed doing a little extra would result in a better finish, he’d do it. (For example, one one section of the wall on our conservatory he was originally going to do one corner, but he did a far larger area so it would look better).

Alex dedicated time for an initial conversation to understand the work required and also was very helpful with tips for preparing the site (which I wanted to do myself). Alex has given a detailed and accurate estimate, he was on time for the job and left the site clean and tidy. The wall itself has been built, not only up to requirements (Building Control was very happy with it). Alex also did an excellent jopb by matching the new wall with the existing wall from the 60’s. Definitely looking forward to having Alex repoint our existing walls too.
